Refund and Returns Policy

Our ultimate goal is for every puppy to find a loving, permanent home. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and a new owner may no longer be able to care for their Dachshund. We do not offer refunds once a puppy has been adopted. However, our commitment to our puppies is for their entire lifetime.

Our Policy:

• No Refunds: All puppy sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that potential owners are fully committed to a lifelong companion.
• Lifetime Rehoming Commitment: If, at any point, you are unable to care for your Dachshund, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will always take our puppies back, no questions asked, at any age. We will work to find them a new, loving home without judgment. We do this to prevent our puppies from ever ending up in a shelter or in an undesirable situation.
• Required Agreement: This lifetime rehoming commitment is part of our official adoption contract, which you will sign before taking your puppy home.

• This policy ensures the safety and well-being of every Dachshund we breed. We want to be a resource for you and a safety net for our puppies. Our goal is to make sure every one of our puppies has a forever home, and we are committed to helping make that a reality.
